Holy Fire® and Animal Reiki Experiences

Join me in a special session where I host a Holy Fire® or Animal Reiki Experience for the group!These live sessions will be hosted via Zoom and are designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and support your overall well-being -- all from the comfort of your own space.What to ExpectEach Holy Fire® and Animal Reiki Experience will begin with a calming invocation to quiet the mind, ground your energy, and prepare you to receive the full benefits of Reiki.I will then lead you into a guided meditation where you will have your own Holy Fire® or Animal Reiki Experience. These Experiences last roughly 15 to 25 minutes and can range from deeply soothing and restorative to completely transformative. During this entire time, Usui/Holy Fire® III World Peace energy and ICRT Animal Reiki energy will flow to you, helping to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and rebalance your energy system.Once I have guided you back, you'll have a few minutes to journal about your experience. I highly recommend this as you have the potential to receive messages, insights, guidance, symbolism, and more. This information tends to be forgotten as quickly as a dream if not written down.After everyone has come back and had a few minutes to journal, I will invite people to share for the remaining part of the hour. No one is required to share, but I will leave the option open for those who would like to do so. Anyone who would like to leave at this point can do so without missing out on the actual experiential portion of the session.A benefit of sharing this journey with a like-minded group is that it amplifies the healing energy, creating a sense of connection and shared support! I invite you to step into a space of relaxation, connection, and transformation with me.The Holy Fire® and Animal Reiki ExperienceHoly Fire® and Animal Reiki Experiences are a slightly different Reiki experience for those who have only had typical Reiki sessions. They begin with a guided meditation that will lead you into your own unique inner experience where you not only receive healing, but often insight and guidance into whatever you need most.There are a number of different Experiences which all focus on something slightly different. Each session that I lead will focus on a different Experience, and I will be rotating through the various types of Experiences.I have listed the current schedule below with descriptions of the Holy Fire® or Animal Reiki Experience I'll be conducting that day. I am currently scheduling these for Mondays at 2:00pm, Fridays at 10:00am, and Saturdays at 12:00pm (all US Eastern Time), though this will likely change in the very near future to allow for other offerings (such as classes).The Benefits of ReikiReiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that:

My name is Kristen, and since I was a very young girl, I always wanted to help and heal others. That started off looking like wanting to be a doctor, vet, paramedic, firefighter, nurse, psychologist, social worker, etc. I couldn't ever really decide. I just knew I wanted to help people.Now, I get to live my dream of bringing healing to others through energy work. I have seen beautiful and amazing things happen through the changes brought on by this work, and it fills my heart with love and joy to be able to do this. -> My Current PathMy Start in Energy WorkI was first attuned to Reiki at the beginning of 2021. I had never received Reiki or any type of energy work nor did I know anyone who had. I really didn't know much about Reiki other than it had something to do with energy/healing, but my knowledge on it was very minimal.One day, whilst in the shower, the word "Reiki" popped into my head. I was a bit confused and couldn't recall what it was. Once I was out of the shower, I dried off and grabbed my phone. I Googled Reiki and was immediately pulled in. I went from not really knowing what it was to suddenly feeling like I needed to learn it for myself within minutes.Despite being very open-minded about most everything, the idea of taking a Reiki class online didn't feel great to me. I was feeling very skeptical about whether it would work or not, and so I tried to find a class in-person.COVID shutdowns were still somewhat going on, so this proved to be nearly impossible. There were very few in-person classes available, and they were hundreds -- or even thousands -- of miles away. These classes were also incredibly expensive and just not doable for me at the time. I gave in and looked for an online class.I quickly was able to find a teacher who was near me (this made me feel better) who had affordable classes, and her next Reiki Level I class was just days away. I really resonated with her and her story, and I signed up immediately.I kept questioning myself, but I stuck with it. That being said, I remained very skeptical until about halfway through the class. At that point, we started to work with energy, and I started to realise that there was actually something to this.During our attunement to the Reiki energy, I had the most incredible experience. It was truly mind-blowing, and it changed my viewpoint forevermore.As we practiced working with the energy, I continued to be absolutely mind-blown. I could feel the energy as a slight fullness that was warm and tingly. I could feel it in exactly the spot it was being sent -- and I didn't know until afterward where it was being directed. I spent the second half of the class being in awe.From there, I felt like I couldn't get enough. I continued to take classes, practice with people, and learn everything I could. Helping others through Reiki and energy work became my passion.My Personal Healing JourneyOne of the things that makes me so passionate about energy work is the transformation I saw in my own life because of it.Prior to my first Reiki class, I spent decades being depressed, anxious, and suicidal. I had frequent meltdowns and shutdowns due to overwhelm. I struggled in so many ways, and I could never find my way out of it.I also had numerous health issues. I've been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), gastroparesis, and I highly suspected Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) due to having reactions to what felt like everything. I have ADHD-C and have been informally diagnosed as autistic.I was disabled, in moderate-to-severe chronic pain, couldn't really eat much of anything, my joint issues were a constant source of misery, and my mental and emotional issues prevented me from being able to function well.Once attuned to Reiki, it was like a weight was lifted from me. Life changed in miraculous ways. I became the absolute best version of myself that I had never been and never even dreamed was possible.My depression and constant suicidal thoughts were gone. It has been nearly four years, and despite some rough times, I have never been anywhere as low as I was prior to attunement.In fact, I spend my days now primarily in love, joy, peace, and gratitude. I flow through life, in awe of it -- the beauty that surrounds us, the beauty within each and every one of us -- and I am so in love with absolutely everything.Although anxiety likes to still pop in at times, it is nowhere near what it used to be. Instead of being constant and overwhelming, it now shows itself only in times where most people would feel a little anxious -- like presenting to a group. My panic attacks have subsided, as well.The majority of my health issues no longer bother me. This was accomplished through a combination of Reiki, targeted energy work, breaking down certain belief systems, and creating healthier belief structures. I am still currently working through these and am seeing amazing progress!I have stopped my medications with no issues, decade-long health issues now no longer affect me, and I have been able to get back to being physically active. My pain is gone, I'm eating more like I used to prior to my health falling apart back in 2015-2017, and I no longer have to plan my life around my health.I have so much gratitude for everything that Reiki has brought to my life and for the path that it led me down, and I want others to have the opportunity to see what it can do for them, as well.My Current PathRight now, I am on a journey of discovery. I am devoting myself to helping others, and this is partly through Reiki and other types of energy work. Beyond this is a work-in-progress. I am currently taking classes that will enable me to assist others in many other ways. I'm looking forward to growing, expanding, evolving, and I send all my love and gratitude to those who wish to journey with me.

You are not required to turn on your video, though it is always nice.STRUCTURE: My sessions start and end with a bit of discussion on your needs, questions, and then anything that comes up during your session.During the actual energy work portion of the session, cameras can be off and mics muted so that you feel more at ease. • Reiki Master Teacher classes require that you have had your Reiki Level II certification for at least six months.
• ICRT Animal Reiki classes require that you are certified in an Usui-based lineage at the same level you wish to take for the Animal Reiki class.YOUR COMMITMENT:
